The Urban Arrow Cargo Bike, a vehicle designed for cargo, logistics and delivery with a high cargo capacity, was introduced in the CTT fleet with the aim of assessing its potential in the reduction of this type of operations’ ecologic footprint.

The acquisition of this bike is part of CTT ambitious sustainability strategy and is another example to add to the 136 active delivery electric units. The remaining 315 vehicles integrated in all CTT units are part of Portugal’s major ecologic fleet in the logistics’ sector.

Also, and within its sustainability strategy in right in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, CTT released the Green Deliveries service, available to corporate customers. This service ensures that all deliveries are made by electric vehicles.
